I have been out of commission for the last 48 hours. I basically slept, drank water, went to the toilet and slept again.

It seems that even in Malaysia I cannot escape my once a year super-flu which attacks around this time every year. Oh well, at least some things never change. I wonder if I was already sick anyway ? But I do agree that running through the rain to the car was a big factor which caused the monstrous bug to awaken. But we had to, since if we did not run to the car, we would have been stuck in KL for the next 3 hours. So we did what we had to do and I developed a high fever that night itself. And of course just like the last 3 years, I stubbornly refused to visit the doctor. But I reckoned without the strong force of the Mother who finally made me go to the doctor today. I do feel somewhat better, good enough to stay awake for a while anyway.

Need more energy. The last thing I need would be to feel poorly just as I enter the fun parts of work - 6 weeks training in a hotel with other graduates from around the world. Almost like going back to university again. Almost.
