There must be more than life than waking up half dead at five am, flopping back for an hour, turning side to side like a pancake until the alarm rings at 6, and preparing to go for work.............

On the plus side, I discovered what one shot of coffee plus one shot of milo can do for your brain. It keeps you awake for an hour and then kills you with a blinding headache until you take another.

Rain fell in KL today and had to wait till about 9 before heading home. Of course it means that after a dinner and a shower it is almost 11. And that means bedtime soon before the whole cycle repeats itself.

Had more interesting things to do today, basically because I know more things. But was still dead tired and I am pretty sure that Patrick caught me dozing off once. Shy. I think Fuad did too. That is how tired I am.

After the late night Saturday, had a pretty full day on Sunday when I met some of my SAM friends at 1U which was basically driving around for parking, eating Thai food (I miss YingThai) and then having desserts at a place called Delicious!.

Today's lunch was tofu and vege. I lost 2.5 kg already. A lot more to go !
